About Cash Haleem: Born in the heart of the City of Bradford in November 1986, at Saint Luke’s Hospital, Cash Haleem’s early life was full of uncertainties and challenges. Despite the hardships, Cash’s determination and experiences in Bradford shaped his character and fueled his unwavering ambition.
Growing up in Bradford, Cash attended Lidget Green First School, Westbourne First School, and Princeville First School. These early years were not only about academic pursuits but also about facing the harsh realities of life. Domestic violence and a forced marriage within the family created difficulties during Cash’s childhood, and he remembers being confined to a rat-infested cellar alongside his brothers.
The family’s escape from violence led them to multiple women’s refuges, where they sought solace and safety. However, amid these hardships, a brief happy break came when they received housing from the Bradford Housing Association. In this newfound stability, Cash and his siblings rediscovered the joy of being children—playing outdoors and creating memories, like gate-crashing Asian weddings near Bombay stores and exploring the University of Bradford Campus.
Despite the traumatic past, Bradford remained home in Cash’s heart. The city, with its potential and a vibrant, growing young population, held the promise of a better future. The struggles of his early years instilled in Cash a profound determination. His mother, though broken, stood strong for her four children and became an inspiration.
Escaping Bradford due to persistent violence, the family found refuge in Sheffield. However, for Cash, Bradford was more than a geographical location; it was a place that forged his character and instilled in him the tenacity to pursue ambitions. Memories of school assemblies, the Muslim community, and the unique charm of Bradford, with its famous school puddings, remained imprinted in his mind.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Book Technologies Inc., Cash Haleem’s vision extends beyond personal success.
